This Electronic Tenant® Portal allows for quick, 24/7 access to vital property information. Here you will find detailed information on preparedness, security, policies & procedures and operations. This portal is also a central access point for all on-line services (i.e. work orders) associated with the property.
All tenants are encouraged to read the portal in order to have the most up to date information to assist them with day to day operations. This portal is provided to you as quick reference guide. This information is general to all tenants and may differ from your lease. In all cases, your lease takes precedent over this Manual.
Every attempt has been made to provide current and accurate information, but it is possible that some items will change over time. The Building Management Office will promptly notify you of any such changes.
